Mind: We recognize the power of thoughts, beliefs, and cognitive patterns in shaping emotions and behaviors. Our therapists work with clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier perspectives.
Body: Physical health and well-being are considered integral to mental health. Techniques such as relaxation exercises, yoga, and mindfulness meditation are often incorporated to reduce stress and promote physical relaxation.
Spirit: This aspect focuses on exploring an individual's sense of purpose, meaning, and connection to something greater than oneself. It doesn't necessarily relate to religion but encompasses a person's values, ethics, and beliefs.
